Metform has developed an innovative and cost effective rafted tooling system for the roll forming industry.  Driven by our customer’s need for an accurate, flexible, robust and low cost solution for adding more products to their roll forming lines, the PS Series Stand is the culmination of eight years of continuous improvement and engineering.  The PS raft is lighter, stronger, fully CNC machined with a reduced number of components.  The end result is a more accurate stand system at a lower overall cost.

The flexibility generated from the truly modular design of this rafted tooling system allows for simple nesting of passes and side roll fixtures.  This in turn allows for more creative solutions when solving specific bending challenges.  In addition, the mill set-up is more repeatable resulting in faster tooling change and higher productivity.

PS Series Stands are available with shaft diameters from 2” (51mm) to 4.5” (114mm), vertical centers from 4” (102mm) to 13 ½” (343mm) and horizontal centers from 10” (254mm) to 24” (610mm).
