Stackers

The handling of flat sheets or roll formed parts can be slow and cumbersome with traditional labour intensive practices. This will result in lower productivity and higher costs as the production line is slowed down in order to allow the part stacking to keep up. A properly designed stacker will allow components to be moved from the end of the production line onto a well organized stack, automatically, without disrupting or slowing down the overall production.

Metform stackers are custom designed for each application, both new and existing. Completed parts are transferred from the production line, indexed forward and added to the existing stack.
