Metform Roll Tooling

With over 40 years of experience and more than 700 sets of tooling built, Metform is an industry leader in tooling design and manufacturing.  All of our rafted and roll form tooling is designed and manufactured at our Canadian production facility to supply our customers around the globe.  Our dedicated team of tooling engineers uses both computer models and industry experience in order to provide an optimized solution that provides the highest quality rafted and roll form tooling and profiles.  All of our tooling is designed for low maintenance and high performance in order to provide a long tool life.  With our in-house test mill, we can provide tool proving for all orders prior to shipment, reducing the amount of time required on-site prior to start-up.
