Project Management

As an engineered to order, project based organization the management of our projects is a top priority. The success of a project is dependent on many people working together with a common goal. This group includes the Metform team, our customers and our suppliers. All of our projects, from single parts orders right through to complete lines, have a project manager assigned.

The project manager is assigned immediately once the order is received. They are the single point of contact for all aspects of the project and are responsible for the project from kick-off through commissioning of the equipment. The project manager has the assistance and full support of every person at Metform including senior management. For major projects or if the customer desires, we provide an up to date, on-line project schedule which can be accessed 24 hours per day.
