SIDE BY SIDE LINES
These lines are designed to provide rapid changeover between products. The rolling mill bed has two sides with a common drive system. This allows the operator to changeover the rafted tools on one side of the mill while the other side is running production. This can only be accomplished with Metform’s unique guarding system.
A side by side rollformer line provides high productivity while reducing overall machine footprint and cost.
Change rafts “on the fly” and realize zero downtime for roll tooling changeover.
